Hark! The angry choirboys sing?! Not to sure about the appeal of this craft. Looks like if I want to light the candle (aka his head), he's going to bite me. I did mention that this was a candle? Aren't you supposed to keep flammables away from flames? So why is this candle sitting on a stand covered in fabric?

TP? probably - because what better thing to prop up a burning flame than a highly flammable roll of paper?
Oh that's a candle? I thought it was an egg dressed up.
