While I must admit that I'm impressed with the handiwork (pardon the pun), It's still pretty darn ugly. This, among many other food art items was sent in to us by reader Janet. Because, you know, when I'm eating bread, I like to pretend it's a human hand.

I just know that with certain of the teenagers that frequent my house scrounging for food, that sculpture would soon be making a rude gesture... best to just save time and slice the bread from the beginning.
